Pentara’s clients are primarily small pharmaceutical and biotech companies, but also include academic groups, medium and large pharmaceutical companies. Our projects include phase 1-phase 4 clinical trials. Our phase 1 experience includes single ascending dose (SAD), multiple ascending dose (MAD), pharmacokinetic, bioequivalence, and multi-stage cross-over trials.
